Undisputedly war is one of the worst things that can happen to any country.
Lebanon is a country that has been struggling between war and peace for a very long time, while also trying to reach a balance within its own contradictions.
Less like a tribute and more as an important historical documentation, this award winning film is offering a first person view into the multifaceted history of Lebanon during the past few decades.

Starting from the end of the Lebanese civil war, this film is trying to retrace the journey of an unreconciled country, where the war has never really stopped.
How do pop and propaganda coexist, why did Beirut become the capital of bread and games of the Arab world, for better or worse?
Icons of reconstruction and money
or
icons of resistance and war “until the liberation of Jerusalem”?
